Illustration Friday topic: Balance

Posted on Thursday, January 13th, 2005 at 2:04 am

I have always been fascinated by the beautiful forms created by nature – untouched by man. I had this picture in my head when I saw the topic this week and I am not sure of the actual place this was. I found the picture I was thinking of online as a result of a Google search…I would tell you who took it, but I couldn’t find a name…so it is someone’s photo, but I painted the watercolor from a printout from my laser printer (no color). Oh, and from what I could tell, it may have been Bryce Canyon. Never been there, but would love to see it, or others like it in person someday. Maybe sooner than I think, there is talk of a spring break trip out west! We’ll see.
