Only two more days to go until holiday break...I"m more than ready for a couple weeks off. What fun. I bet they were very excited. Glad you got back home ok, but was hoping for a snow day for you too. How about trying a reward system, like chips, only maybe something different as the things they get in exchange. It might be motivation for them to learn quick how to zip their coat, and get their stuff on quicker. Have group leaders, and they be in charge of getting their group ready, and groups that get dressed first get to go first, and or have certain privileges. Just some thoughts.
